New Owner
The Application for Water Service may only be completed by the legal recorded property owner(s) or designee.
The following items must be uploaded at the time of application and will be required before the service can be transferred:
- Final Escrow Closing Statement (first page) or copy of Recorded Grant Deed
- Copy of owner(s) driver’s license
- Optional:
- To waive deposit, customers can do one of the following:
- Provide a letter of credit from current water company showing no late payments within the most recent 12 month.
- Credit check ($5 fee)
- Sign up for ACH - your payment will be withdrawn from your checking or savings account on the last business day of the month. To qualify for deposit waiver customers must remain on ACH for a minimum of 12 months and may not have any NSF's. If customer un-enrolls or has an NSF a deposit will be applied to your next bill.
