A five member Board of Directors comprise the governing body of the Helendale Community Services District.  Board members are elected to four-year terms by the registered voters residing within the Helendale CSD jurisdiction.

CSD Board Meetings are held at 6:00 p.m. on the first and third Thursday of every month at the Helendale Community Center - 265440 Vista Rd. Suite C., Helendale, CA 92342.
