Water
Be water smart. When you are planning to be away from your home for an extended period of time, shutting off the water to your home via the shut off valve can save you money in water usage and can help prevent damage in the event of a water leak.

Solid Waste Management
Solid Waste Management is currently handled through a franchise agreement with Burrtec. Please call 760-245-8607 for trash service.
Street Lighting
Please contact us to report any street lights that are out and we will get to work to have them replaced/repaired.

All residences connected to the HCSD sewer system are charged a flat rate per month. These fees cover the costs of operating our treatment plant and maintaining the sewer infrastructiure. In addition to pipes, there are pump stations and storage facilities. These facilities need frequent upgrades and rehabilitation in order to meet current standards.
Graffiti Abatement
Helendale CSD provides graffiti removal to CSD District property only. All crimes and vandalism should be reported to the local Sherriff’s station by calling 760-245-4211.

Water Facilities Charge: $10.66
Sewer Facilities Charge: $36.64
Tier One: 0-7 HCF $0.81 per HCF
Tier Two: >7-40 HCF $0.90 per HCF
Tier Three: >40 HCF $1.01 per HCF
*Rates subject to change
