| • | Mail your payment in the self-addressed envelope that is enclosed with the bill. |
| • | Drop off your payment at our office, either in the outside payment drop box, located in the driveway approach, or in the inside payment drop box at the counter. Of course if you would like, we are happy to personally take your payment and issue you a receipt. Please remember, our office does not accept cash. We are happy to accept your check or a money order. Money orders are available at your local bank, post office and most convenience stores for a nominal fee. |
| • | If you like to pay your bills online, you can do this through your banking institution. Be sure to ask your bank if they mail us a check, or send an electronic transmission, so that you can make sure your payment reaches us on time.* |
| • | You can also have your payment debited directly from your checking or savings account by completing the ACH form. It generally takes two billing cycles for the process to start, but once it is done you will never have to worry about late fees again. |
