Parks and Recreation
In 2008, the Helendale Community Services District purchased 74 acres of the former Silver Lake Farm.
The District has approximately 20 acres designated for equestrian purposes. A horse owner can rent space (paddock and stall) for $125.00 per horse. The Equestrian Boarding Lease documents are available to review in the office along with an aerial view of the property.
The CSD has plans to build ball fields, a community park, and more!
